No He can not. It's not a question of God's ability, it's a question of the possibility of this stone existing.
God existed before this stone. God has total power over all things. For a stone to be so heavy He can not lift it means He doesn't have total power over it. Therefor, this stone can not exist. In order for something to exist, God must have total control of it.
A stone God can not lift can not exist because God exists and He is God.

wow! that's a really deep question.
if nothing is impossible for God, He should be able to make a rock so heavy that He could not lift it.....but if He is God and nothing is impossible, He should be able to lift the heav rock, that is impossible to lift......
that would have blown the circuits out of Mudd's Women.
