That's a piece a cake go to Home Depot with the exact measurements and they will cut the plexi glass for you. They have it there because I have had it cut. Make sure you tip the guy.

Why not methacrylate? perhaps a little bit expensive but you can DIY, even angle corners, holes and without many tools.
