My cell!! I have it on vibrate and ring Mmy sis and I were in her car and we had it in the console. When it rang and vibrated, we both jumped!!

Walking to and from school on Friday. That's five days a week. I get off the bus a long two blocks from the school, and being a fat old fart, it is enough to raise my heart rate to get there. No, wait; it was carrying my groceries down the hill from the bus stop on Saturday.
If you mean emotionally, not physically, it was probably watching "The Hunt for Red October" and noticing how Sean Connery has gotten sexier as he has gotten older. Wish I could say the same for myself!

I was out at the National Wildlife Refuge here in Louisiana and almost stepped on a Cottonmouth Moccasin snake..very poisonous..I dunno who was more scared...me or the snake..but got to tell ya my ole heart was a' poundin...lol
