Contact the Foxwood itself, they will tell you where you can catch bus. Good luck!

Greyhound Bus at Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd Street/Eighth Avenue) and one-way ticket costs $24 for one adult.

Or you go down to Bowery Street in the mornings. Buses will be lined up between Canal Street and Bayard Street. Buy a roundtrip ticket from any Chinese woman with a sign-up sheet and clipboard. You will see many Chinese people approaching her. But you should make SURE that it's the bus for FOXWOODS, not Mohegan Sun. The fee that you pay is returned to you in coupons (half for play; half for food) once you arrive at Foxwoods. Keep your ticket stubs. If you lose it, they will make you pay again on the return. Definitely the cheapest way to go.

(I assume that you're a native New Yorker like me.)
