Bad cough. I got this terrible cold last yr, and I still haven't gotten rid of this cough. I have taken antibiotics, cough syrups, and cough drops, and a few other things the doc prescribed. It comes right back. I hate it. Any suggestions on a home remedy to help relief this cough. Doc or nurse would be helpful. Thanks all!

I agree that honey will sooth the throat and help with the cough, but you need to identify the origin of it. You may be suffering from an allergy or post nasal drip. Change doctors and/or check out an ENT Doc.....

Try Honey It works for me and it has a natural antibiotic in it

You asked for home remedy.honey 2tsp 2x a day with tea+vit-c daily.If you need medicine i would give you co dine phosphate 15mg 3x a day for 5 days.
