usually there a several prefixes designated to that area code if you could find the phone book for that area you could try most of the common prefixes for that area. this may or may not work but this is the best i could think of.

Do you have an address? There are Cross Directories that can locate the number for you...as long as you have an address. Just call your public Library and ask for the reference department. They'll help you.
