Well thats just hispanics in general illegal or not who put there name on vehicles and color the Mexican flag anywhere else. There are only a few dozen last names in Spanish so they do it to show which group they belong too. At least thats what a Mexican guy told me once when I asked why they do that.

When anyone is caught "tagging" here in L.A. they go to jail. I hope an even better deterent comes along soon. I'm sick of seeing scribbling all over the place, too. But I don't think it is necessarily illegals. It's gang knuckleheads. My husband thinks all the gang people should be locked into a large stadium, give them lots of guns and ammo, and then just wait until they kill one another off. I'm sure there are many other ideas out there; hopefully, a real and effective solution will come along. Meanwhile, we have to keep cleaning up after them as though they are a bunch of ignorant, spoiled kids.

Only illegals are doing this? OMG. The INS should be told so that they can arrest them all and deport them back where they came from!. They have had so much trouble finding them.
