I would sugest takinc a table saw and ripping your casing down to fit the space you have. if you take your time and work with it it should look fine.
If you don't own a table saw you should be able to rent one.

Well, I'd consider, for that window only, trimming 1 1/4" off the molding all the way around. That way it'll still kind of match the other windows and won't necessarily look too goofy.

You are going to have to make the bathroom window molding smaller in width all the way around it. You can't just lop off one side--it will look really strange.
