Sometimes that happens. It only happened with my first. You won't be embarrassed because you really won't care. You will be to busy trying to get the baby out to worry about that. The Drs. and nurses won't care because they see it multiple times a day.
And nowadays they usually do not give you an enema beforehand. That is something they did regularly 20-30 years ago but is rarely done now.
I have 4 children.Oldest is 13, yougest is 3. I had all 4 vaginally and did not have an enema with any. Neither did any of my close friends (6 births)

ummm no.. i did no longer have an enema as quickly as I had my newborn 4 months in the past and that i did have a bowel circulate mutually as i replace into giving delivery.. and there is no longer a huge gamble you will lose your infant. the biggest mistake you would be able to make is listening to everyones horror thoughts. for some reason ppl get off on attempting to scare preg human beings. yet giving delivery replace right into a astounding journey!!!! and it replace into style of embarassing that i replace into going like that and that they have been wiping it away lol! yet its ok somewhat no threat to infant oh and that i had an epidural, and my exertions replace into no longer painful in any respect! ;) so which you WONT be in plenty discomfort which you wont care. the only problematic section is pushing and pushing my epidural ran out whilst it replace into time to push and that i nonetheless didnt sense a element til afterwards!! alot of ppl i understand had friendly births. its no longer as painful as some ppl say, and in case you notice, various the ppl that run their mouth approximately how undesirable it hurts havent even supply delivery. maximum ppl that have given delivery will inform you that they the two dont bear in mind the discomfort or maximum will inform you it wasnt as undesirable as they concept. you will do super and function a captivating healthy infant! sturdy success! it is going to def be stunning

They usually give you an enema.
Go get the book
What to expect when your expecting
They have it at Walmart.
Best book ever. It will answer ANY question you can think of and some you would have never thought to ask. I had it for all four of my pregnancies and they were all different with different problems and the book was like a pregnancy bible for me. If I had a question. It had the answer!
Good luck.

As people have said. YES it happens, NO you don't care. They gave enemas to people years ago, they also shaved their pubic hair. Give yourself an enema if you like. When you are having contractions early on, you feel like you have to poop anyway so maybe you can get it all out then.

Yes it's does happen, not all the time. Don't worry about it, medical personnel have seen it all and it doesn't faze us. What fazes me is breeders adding to an over populated earth.

Yes, it happens. My ex-wife did, and because of everything else going on, she wasn't embaressed, and noone in the room except the doctor even noticed.
