For the same reason non-religious people pressure Christians about their beliefs... we each wants the other to hear our particular thoughts and ideas so that we can all make an educated, open minded decision rather than follow something blindly and remaining closed minded.

because they are taught the sales pitch from an early age, if you think about it church is the greatest business of all time!! SEND ME YOUR MONEY!!! the bad thing is most of these people think they are doing the right thing to save your soul.

Because it's one of the guidelines in their religion to try and convert nonbelievers. They believe they're helping to save your soul, and usually it's done with the best intentions.

funny no wear in the bible does god or Jesus mention you have to have a certain religion,contrary to what people say god never said you had to have a religion he just wants you believe in him,Christians like all religions want the Numbers,remember god did not write the bible man did

Because they want you to have the same eternal hope they have.
They feel that if they could just get you to attend the service that you will most likely want that too!
