1st of its Wiccan.
Luck: Bamboo, Cotton, Holly Leaf, Moss, Holly, Oak, Daffodil, Heather, or Rose.
Wishes: Peach Pit, Sun flower seeds, Dogwood (the flower), Sunflowers, or Violets.
I’d say use one luck in conjunction with one wish to help it.
Hope this helps

Hard work and patience may allow you to make some of your wishes come true. If you are under the impression that Wicca is like having a genie in a bottle, you are sorely mistaken. Wicca is a religion that upholds personal responsibility of the individual. What part of the religion interests you? How do you want the religion of Wicca to help you establish closer relationships with deities and become a better person?
If you are only interested in what you can get from practicing witchcraft, then learn how to practice magic. Practicing magic has less to do with the specific herbs and physical items used than how to manipulate the energies raised. This is a skill that takes time to learn. Have you explored why you want to do spellwork and how it fits into your ethical system? I strongly recommend the book "Before You Cast A Spell" by Carl McColman, New Page Books, 2004 ISBN 0-56414-716-9 to get started.

No special herbs are required... common household ingredients will do.
Make a thick paste out of flour, lemon juice and salt, and then form it into a cylinder about the size of a fat cigar. Then cut it in half and round the ends that were blunted by the cutting. This will leave you with two 'wish suppositories'.
After they have firmed up (2 or 3 days on the window sill), lube up one of the 'wish suppositories' with vegetable oil, insert it fully into your posterior orifice, and wish away.
WARNING 1: Unless your soul is as pure and pristine as the new-driven snow, and absolutely free of ANY taint of sin, your wishes will NOT come true. The only result will be a 'stuffed' feeling, and a burning pain in your butt.
WARNING 2: This is a JOKE. DO NOT actually try this.
On the basis of your question, what you should REALLY be doing is seeking psychiatric help.

It's "Wiccan" ....
You're under the impression that spells and magick will give you everything you desire. This is not the case at all.
Also, you can't force energies, nor can you force the natural flow of life. Thus, you can't "make" anything happen. You can only influence it with spells and magick. Magick is never a guarantee.
You need to do your own, independent study on magick so you truly understand it before you start practicing it. I suggest Scott Cunningham's "The Truth About Witchcraft Today" for starters.

Get some red shoes and click the heels together with your eyes closed while making a wish.
Herbs: Is a science all of its own.
Study them and your wishes will come through.
