History has shown that appeasing aggressors only encourages them. Neville Chamberlain found that out when Hitler took his concessions and then invaded even more countries.
When Bill Clinton coerced the Israelis to create a Palestinian state it was reported by Aljazeera as a great defeat of Israel. Much the money that was supposed to go to improving the infrastructure for the new Palestinians government has been diverted to securing armaments to use against Israel.
In short, all the concessions that were given to the terrorists and their allies by Clinton and Carter has only embolden them. The time for talking and negotiation is quickly drawing to a close.
Some times you have to stand up to your enemies and fight.

Initiating war during modern times is a last resort option, whether it is the right or wrong answer, the issues that two countries have simply cannot be solved using diplomatic channels and we have to go to arms and fight, it is the human way.

Absolutely. War is morally just if it is used as a tool to save other lives, as in World War II. It is also the "correct answer" if a nation needs to defend itself.
