Even just thinking about them makes me very paranoid. Im absolutely terrified of them. I had to run out the office sreaming at work the other day because somebody who didnt know about my phobia offered me a cup of tea. Even when I have to walk past the teabags to get to the coffee at the supermarket I turn into a quivering mess. What can I do? Do I need counseling. Please help it making my life a misery.

Maybe you really secretly desire one. I can't help you with that, though.

The tea tastes bests on the recommended time decrease. The tea bag may be used a 2d time for a minute longer. Tea gets a burnt style or a bitter style if steeped too long. reckoning on what form of tea (black, oolong, green, rooibus, organic, or white) the tea will want much less or greater time. Greetings from California P.S. loads of adult adult males drink tea! that is not a intercourse oriented drink!

Might be something from Childhood or maybe or blocked out the original experience that made you afraid of them. Sometimes we don't really need a reason it is just something in our minds. Yes on counseling if it bothers you that much.an maybe even a hypnosis.

do you remember anything that would trigger this phobia? such as the loss of a loved one who drank tea? i do suggest seeking counseling, you may not get rid of the phobia, but at least you will be able to cope with it.

it's odd to hear about teabagphobia.
perhaps, it's unknown to doctors. i think they look a bit nasty (soft, wet, ugly colors). do you know why u fear of them? track down the reasons and try to overcome them.
lucky you that u don't live in the UK, where teas are served many times a day.

You had a bad experience prior to your described event. It's post traumatic stress.
