can any body guide me how to write and compile a pwm programme in PIC microcontroller?

Before getting into PWM PIC programming you can use two 555 timers, one as an astable output which controls the second with an output of a monostable. It's much more simpler.

Download the software tools from MicroChip and use them to look at examples. I haven't done any PIC stuff in a long time so am out of date, but this is how I would proceed myself.
