Good question. Hard to answer.
When I have taken responsibility for my life and done what is required to be at peace with my loved ones.
Or, on a hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains, immersed in the beauty of life and living.

To me Spirit is EGO and the Ego does what it loves to do.I feel spiritually centered when I'm doing what I love to do.

When there is a balance in life between work, family, and spirit. I should aslo say a balance between the physical heath, emotional health,and spiritual health.

i feel most spiritually centered when singing praises to God.
i feel spiritually strong when i am faced with a crisis and keep true in my walk with Jesus. (making spiritual decisions, not worldly ones)
