even as the knee-jerk reaction is in charge faith and faith, let's look at some present day examples the position those doing the killing were expressed atheists. Soviet Union - lower than Stalin on my own 40-60 million were killed (not at the same time with WWII) Communist China - Estimates of 70-one hundred and ten million systematically murdered by skill of Mao and his successors Cambodia - some 4 million murdered by skill of the Khmer Rouge North Korea - Estimates of as a lot as twenty million considering WWII Burma - one million-2 million Vietnam - 2-4 million Cuba - one million million or more suitable Angola - 3 million If one incorporates Nazi Germany (leaders were more often than not atheists yet used faith to regulate and impact the a lot) 11-13 million entire murdered interior the most concentration camps and thousands of thousands more suitable interior the warfare. So even as non secular wars have a lengthy sequence of black marks on history, those who profess no faith have not fared any more suitable useful...and, given the time spans, have easily been a lot worse. So there is going yet another specious anti-faith argument down the tubes.

Man has, not God if you think it is religion. Though drugs and alcohol cause alot of death also, just not all at once like a bombing or something.
