It is very difficult to do, especially when you used to be heavy. One of my good friends helped me out a few years ago when I was convinced I was still fat. She said, turtle girl, do you think I am big? I said no you are little, she then took an enormous chance, stripped off her top and pants and told me to put them on. I was horrified that I would prove my point, but they fit and it was a real turning point.

Even now, it is still hard. I came home today after a run, and laid down on the cement. When I got up, I looked at my sweat print and couldn;t believe how small it seemed.

One thing that has helped me is my yoga class. Yoga has been proven to help with body acceptance.

It comes from within. Seriously.

I was a size 16/18.... I was miserable so I joined Weight Watchers and got down to a size 10. I wanted to get down to a size 6, but once I realized that I was a healthy weight and I could get around easier, my back hurt less, I started feeling good about myself.

Now I am happy and content. I have no desire what so ever to be any smaller.

i ask your self why it concerns to point out that he's not gay. looks like it beside the point. each guy has appeared at yet another guy's penis -it is not indicative of one being gay. Penis length is hereditary, so your length is going to be comparable to your dad's or your dad's dad's, or possibly your mom's dad's. you have have been given a 50/50 danger of having it from the two area. it is not relatively tied to your height or physique construct as some relatively tall men have small penises and short men -like your self- have better ones. the comparable does not notice to dwarfism as that outcomes the full physique making each organ -alongside with the intercourse organ- smaller, yet proportionate. Congrats on the huge wang!

When you stop listening to all the hype on TV, in the movies/magazines/newspapers. This hype is destroying the image of what a real person is and causing so much unhappiness and dissatisfaction. Believe in yourself and not the hype.

When you come to terms that this is your body, this is how your body is going to be, and since you can't leave it you might as well accept it. I was in my late thirties before I came to that.
