Ghiradelli. I prefer the dark, but they have other varieties. This is a quality chocolate, not your run of the mill milky way or other tradtional candy bar. Usually sold in squares. You can still visit the original factory in San Francisco down by Fishermen's Wharf, although it has been turned into a shopping mall now. Wow! What could be better? Chocolate and shopping together. :-)

I love Scharffen Berger Cacao Kumasi Sambirano chocolate. The chocolate is a 68% cacao, dark smooth chocolate. If I was ever asked by a blind person to describe the color brown, I would give them a square of this candy...it is wonderful. Now, you've made me hungry for one!!!

I like Toblerone bars the best.They're milk chocolate whit little nut slices and a bit of honey.
I shouldn't be saying this cos it's Swiss chocolate and I'm from Belgium but who will know?
