I was like that too , I wasn't able to get out of bed but now i see the sun coming up early and i have no problem...
Try going to bed a little early and leave your cur tins or blinds a little open that way when the sun comes you'll realize what a beautiful day it is and it's not Worth staying in bed...
Good luck..
Or it may be depression ....even your aviator looks sad =(

Well, it seems that you are obviously trying to avoid your day and there could be many reasons for that. I would jump to the conclusion that you are depressed, it really depends on the situation, of which I know very little. If the things you are planning for yourself are activities that you feel you should do, ie. someone told you that happy people get out of the house and exercise and go to the movies and such, then perhaps these activities aren't really what you want to do, hence you avoid them. If you work throughout the night, it may also be effecting your ability to be active during the day and you might consider working a shift that might have you on a better sleep schedule. You could see you doctor about this, and if you feel you are having a general disinterest in life where there was previous interest, perhaps you could evaluate what has changed and maybe consider speaking with a mental health professional.

you're depressed. some suggestions:
take a class. maybe pottery, photography or writing, though there are hundreds of other possibilities. pay in advance so you feel obligated to go. adult schools and junior colleges often offer affordable classes.
train for a new career. again, junior colleges are a good place to do this. DON'T quit your job before finding a new one, since unemployment can only make depression worse.
volunteer for a cause or group of people that you care about. if you volunteer to help someone, you will feel obliged to do it.
any of these three would help you in several ways - sense of purpose, reason to get out of the house, meeting people that share your interests (including men), takes your mind off of feeling sorry for yourself, gives you something interesting to talk about when you do meet men, gets you away from the internet black hole.
a psychologist may also help. they provide an open ear and an unbiased perspective. if your insurance covers it, it could be worth it.

yes i often have the same problem. I also work in the afternoons/evenings. Try going out and getting some sun, about 30 minutes. This will trigger the "happy" hormones in your body and make you feel a bit better. Try it, I bet the next day you get excited to go out in the sun and feel refreshed.

yep, sounds like a case of depression to me too. Has this happened to you before? or is this new? There are medications that can help if this lasts and you cannot come out of it on your own. Everyone gets the blues sometimes ( I know, sounds cliche' lol) but usually they don't last terribly long. I hope you feel better soon. I've been there and done that myself a few times.

yes , majority of people faces this type of problem , including me .
well i think this happens because of our high acceptation from the future's life.but i have an "idea ".try it it was succeeded in my case .
when u wake up in the morning don't plan any think. u just take all the work coming your way one by one & at the end u just count the items which u had completed succesfully, that will make u happy , c'mmon we can't done everythig perfactly b'cause we r humans ¬ roberts . right?

I've been your shoes and in them now. You are depressed, see your doctor and he will give you something that will help, the longer you wait, the worse it will get. Depression can be treated, but it is up to you to seek that help. I did it and I know you can.

do you hav friends you can talk to? i myself try to go out regardless of being with another person. but since you feel the need to go home, maybe it's depression. try to look inside and see what is causing it.
