Despite hearing a lot about Net Neutrality, almost all of it has been in favor of neutrality. Aside from the money issue, are there any good arguments against net neutrality?

There just aren't that many negatives about net neutrality, except for the large cable and phone companies that want to increase profits by charging content providers to guarantee adequate delivery, or by completly blocking competitors.

They're kinda suspect because they're often financed or backed by the affected companies.
