Because Peter Pan is in NEVERLAND, the place that NEVER allow Peter Pan to LAND on. Therefore, Peter Pan always need to fly, cos he doesn't allow to land on Neverland!

1. He is not old enough to drive
2. If he did not fly then how would he get to neverland?
