I'm not sure...cause that can men that u dont no the country's language yet...and that an b a problem~!!!

Read the Naturalization Guide. It has everything you need to know to prepare for citizenship. The Guide is available in several languages, but the test must be taken in English unless the testee is over 65 and has been a Permanent Resident for at least 20 years. See the "65/20 exception" items near the bottom of the page in the second reference below.

No,the Immigration and Naturalization Service will also want to see your comprehension of the English language as you apply for citizenship. That's why it's given to you in English.

If you are referring to the US citizenship test, I believe it is offered in English only. However, I read somewhere that the questions are written in simple, basic English to accomodate second language learners.
