And i keep sending them back, and they keep sending these fancy envolopes to me, they don't even offer me any gifts, just that i should open an account with them, Every time, I recieve one of these, I write please send back to sender, then they even change one letter in my name to continue sending me junk mail! What do i have to do to stop sending me junk mail! I don't even open them, i just give it back to the mailman! I can recieve up to 6-7 of the SAME request from the SAME company in one week! Are they really desprate to have me as their customer?

OPT out, but it takes 5-7 months to be removed, and you have to renew this every 5 years. We all receive the same exact amount of mail, sometimes three in one day from the same place, all to me and none to my husband. I would say, recycle, that's all you can do until then.

Yes, they are desperate for customers.
Americans are notorious overspenders, and many live far beyond their means. They go over the limit, or make late payments on credit cards, which allows credit card companies to charge them high punitive fees and higher interest rates (the highest I have heard of was 29.75%) and really make some good money. Credit card companies use very good introductory interest rates or another shiny, attractive lure to get people to apply, and people don't read the fine print where it tells them about what will happen if they handle the account incorrectly.
I know it can be very disturbing. I had a look at my credit report, and there is one company that checks my credit like clockwork every six weeks. We receive 2 or 3 credit card offers daily, some in my husband's name, some in mine, and often receive one every day from this particular company. Each offer varies slightly. One will have no interest rate for a fixed amount of time, another will offer a variable rate with a cash back bonus, while another one will offer some other amazingly wonderful inducement to try and get us to apply. We just shred them and throw them away.
The other day, I actually opened one and looked at it carefully. (I always open them, because some have so many papers and little plastic plates in them they would kill our shredder if I fed them through as they come.) I was surprised to find an opt-out notice for receiving offers from the company. Sadly, it wasn't from the company that bothers us the most, but it did give me a bit of hope. The opt-out notice stated that if I wish to stop receiving credit card offers from their company, I can send a letter to a certain address, and they will take me off their mailing list. It specifically stated that I have to send a letter via normal mail, and I think it said it had to be registered or something else; they let you opt out, but they make it more than slightly inconvenient to do so. I also noted that it did not say I will never receive mail from them again; they didn't tell me if this will keep me safe from them for a limited amount of time, or forever.
You might consider opening some of those envelopes, and finding out if you can stop them from mailing all that junk to you. I know writing letters and jumping through hoops is a hassle, especially when it's done to stop unsolicited mail, but if your mailbox is as full of junk as ours is, you may find it of benefit to do so.

I get those "You have been pre-approved" offers also. A lot of them, and some from credit card companies whom I already do business with.
When you return to sender, the mail room just trashes it.
I send back the prepaid envelopes with my junk mail inside (but no personal info).
They started sending me envelopes with my name and address preprinted on the return envelope.

My youngest son gave me this neat idea. You take all your junk mail. Mix it up and stuff it back in the return envelopes of your credit card offers. I would be sure to shred any personal info first. I am not saying to do this. But isn't it a funny thought?

What you should do is write on the envelope RETURN TO SENDER. Even better yet.....return the reply like you are getting the card use their envelope inside since it charges them postage, but instead of filling out stuff black out all your info with black marker and write across the app. STOP MAILING ME JUNK!!!! It will get them to stop eventually when they see they are wasting postage.

Take the postage paid return envelope and tape it to a box full of rocks. The post office will mail it back tot them and slap them with a hefty bill.

Go to:
https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t
If you complete the info on line you will get relief for 5 years. Allow a while for it to take effect, though, since some places will have already received your address and have their mailing ready to go. They also tell you how to opt out permanently, but that cannot be done on line.
