Nowadays many banks and financial institutions in India do offer education loans...did you try contacting them and listen to what they had to say?

I am not sure whether they ask for some collateral (asset to cover their money they're gonna grant you) or ur being a student might affect ur chances...also since ur a student, u might be financially dependent on ur parents or guardian, so the banks might require them to be the primary applicant on ur behalf...also talk to students around you who might have gotten the loans and see what they have to say.
