I dont think it would be bad but I think if you build such a tolerance for it, you will have bad withdrawl or drop-offs during the day.

I would say it depends.. how big is the pot? I have a fairly small mr. coffee (from YEARS ago) and I drink a full pot every day. In fact, the pot is overflowing! Also, what do you eat later in the day? If you're getting a decent amount of vitamins and minerals for other food sources every day. drink what you want, coffee-wise!@

Many "Experts" say that too much caffeine (a stimulant) can be mildly addictive. Do some research (website given) on the studies. There are both benefits and warnings with caffeine.

If you have any problems (like an energy crash, or you can't function at all without the caffeine), then there may be cause for concern.

Personally, I love java--but try and keep it to one cup of "leaded" and then switch to decaf, so it doesn't interfere with my sleep (which is what it does to me).

Brewed coffee contains lots of caffeine. Caffeine affects the nervous system. Too much can make a person edgy, moody, have headaches, and be hyper. Plus it can also cause insomnia as it's a stimulant.
