What does it mean when a guy (it's not just a random guy from the internet, he's my best friend, he goes to school w/ me) starts asking questions like "Have you ever been wet?" and "Do you shave down there?" and "Have you ever masterbated?" and "Would you like me to make you wet?" (btw, he knows I like him as more than a friend)

This means he wants to do things to you sexually that your parents would not approve of. If you ask them their advice they will help you. Of course , you could just indulge this boy and let him have his way with you. There's nothing wrong with sex as long as you use a condom and some form of birth control. Even then you are still at risk of STD's and early pregnancy. The choice is yours, just be sure you know the person you're going to be swapping body fluids with.

He's asking sexual questions so it sounds like he wants to be friends with benefits...no mention of him telling you that he is interested in having a relationship with you other than friendship. Watch out if you don't want to be just friends who do the deed.

Well, he's young, horny, & curious about sex. Make seure you're both mature enough to handle it. it is either he likes you or he is just trying to get you to do somethin for him to brag about. If he really liked you he would ask you out and or buy you something.
