It seems like the ministry is recorded as being around the 30th birdhday of Jesus around the time of His baptism. What happened differenty to the mindset of Jesus immediatly after he was baptized by John the baptizer?

We can all have the Spirit of God with us if we follow His commandments. We're born with the light of God within us, we call it a 'concience', and it stays with us if we don't alienate it by our disobedience. Jesus followed ALL God's commands perfectly, so he had the Spirit with him all the time.

No he was always the god head (both god and man) baptisim is just when he made his appearence in the religious scene. It was when he first left home and began his ministry.
