Hello from Alabama,
I don't think that I would let them go because of the stress that it will cause you. Also, those children might be mean and possibly hurt one of your children.
I hope this helps.

No don't force them to go! Be a good parent and don't subject them to heathens if it is avoidable! What are you thinking?! Your friendship with the legal guardians is not as important as the emotional well being of your children!

NO, kids can have an opinion about who they want to be friendly with- an invitation can be accepted or declined. Let your kids decide

If your kids want to go, let them. If not, make some polite, believable excuse, and then be sure to be out of town on that day.

Politely decline the invitation then make sure your kids are busy on that day.

I would not allow my children to attend a party where these kids are known to be horrible. I would not subject my children to that.

Let it be up to your kids. If they don't want to go, then just make an excuse why they can't attend. You shouldn't force them to go if they don't want to.

If your kids do not want to go don't make them and don't make excuses in the long run they will have more respect for you.

I would ask if they really wanted to go. Then if they didn't want to, say that they are busy and take them to do something.
