I hate to say it, but I've found eating low carb is the best way to keep people from asking me "when I am due". "Yeah, 9 months from tonight if I'm lucky you asshole!!"

Clothes shopping is so frustrating with this big apple around my middle. What are the best clothes to wear to hide it?

I agree that when I eat a lot of carbs I tend to get a tummy bulge. So cut down on your carbs. If you take sandwiches for lunch try to use tortillas or lavash flat bread instead of regular white bread. When you do eat carbs try to choose foods rich in whole grains. And hard as it may be, try to avoid sweets. Also drink lots! of water.

It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

EAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE.

Do sit ups. Walk, swim, ride a bike,

Using MORE calories then you take in = weight loss.

Duh. AND WHEN is the baby due?
