I guess that depends on your point of view.
Since it's not likely you ever met St. Nick, you would have to base it on stories and your own experience, etc.
From stories, we know he is fat and friendly. However I have yet to hear a story that claims he is a pedophile. Have you heard otherwise?
Perhaps you feel that since he sits little kids on his lap and asks them what they want for Christmas that it makes him a pedophile? I suppose that is based on your own experiences with fat, friendly men. Maybe?
I don't think he's a pedophile. But looking at our world today, fat, friendly old men can't touch a child without being accused of being one I suppose. The Michael Jackson syndrome.
How sad of our own society to narrow everything down to such negativity. Have we lost hope in the good of mankind?

Well there is supposed to have been a bloke that went around giving presents but you know he don't really exist. However, for the kid inside you - a friendly fat bloke.

Forgive me if i'm wrong (I often am) but isnt the point that all the kids are asleep upstairs while he is downstairs dropping off prezzies and scoffing milk and cookies.
nowhere does it say he nips upstairs and .............. whatever.
I think since its always the parents say he was their while the kids are asleep, and only the parents see him. That it's more likely he's a SWINGER poping in for a little bit of mom and dad on an annual basis.
Maybe this is why moms and dads always look so happy on Christmas morning?
Just a thought.
