Go in the BSA web site in Arlington Texas and ask them.
Or try your lcoal council webiste, should be BSA.com
Congratulations to your father in law, less than 5% of all boys who enter scouting achieve the Eagle rank. Takes alot of work and dedication to be an eagle.
