ok--this is a question primarily for the women out there. it may sound stupid--but it's an honest question. here goes--do women ALWAYS know what they're doing when they wear certain kinds of clothes? specifically, there's a woman i interact with a lot, and she is always wearing 'low-cut' tops--and is bending over in front of me a LOT. i'm getting a show here and hey, i'm not complaining--but does SHE realize she's putting on a show? or is this all innocent? if it's innocent--i need to keep my mind out of the gutter. if it's not---i need to know that too! help! man, she's got a set that just won't quit! do i look or avert my eyes? help!

Oh, she knows what she's doing. A woman doesn't wear low cut tops without considering the consequences, and she doesn't bend over toward you totally forgetting she has that top on.
You're getting a show.

lol, it could been a little of both, depends on certain things. Most cases, yeah, girls will purposely wear low tops for attention or to flirt with you. Then you have the girls that do it unintentionally, they don't realize that it's distracting or flirtatious; they just wear the tops because they don't know how others are reacting to their tops. And of course you have the girls that know their tops are low but wear them just because they have the body and looks to or they're just confident enough to where they don't care what everybody thinks...
Now in regards to your question, I think she's doing it on purpose to get your attention or see how you'll react. The best thing I can recommend for you to do is to act like it doesn't phase you (as hard as I know it is for you) and just ignore her when she does it or you can compliment her on what she wears, that way she won't think you're just a perverted guy...

Oh she knows exactly what she's doing - had it been once or twice maybe not but since it happens "a LOT" it's intentional. Next time it happens look away and make sure she KNOWS you're not watching just to see what she says or what happens. If you weren't looking she wouldn't keep doing it.

if she keeps doing it, looks like shes flirting. if she did it once or twice shes innocent. are there any other guys around u when she wear them tops? if so she might be hittin on one of them... good luck asking her out(all boys do... u know u want to...) oh if she repeats let her know u know by looking if she did it once or twice, dont look.r.e.s.p.e.c.t.
