For that amount of meatloaf, I would cook it at 375 for about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I would cover it with foil, but it's not necessary. I've never cooked one in a loaf pan, but I don't think that would change the cooking time.

I recommend you covering your meatloaf with foil until the last 15 minutes of baking time. Your meatloaf will brown during baking . When you remove the foil it will then finish browning. This keeps you from having a dry meatloaf. Baking time 350 degrees 1 hour for every 1 1/2 pound . I use 2 pounds of chuck and 1 pound of sausage in my meatloaf and I always bake it at 350 for at least 3 hours but like I recommend cover with foil until the last 15 mins.

I never cook over 2 lbs. for a family of 5. If you want a crust dont cover. If you want a moist meatloaf change your ingredients. half lean to 80/85 works best. low heat to cook let rest in between. high heat afterwards to crust.

I also cook meat loaf quite often. Put it in the oven at 350 for about an hour. Don't cover it with foil or it will not brown well. Actually, I've never heard of anyone advocating covering a meat loaf. If you want more ideas on meat loaf check out my source listed below. You'll find thousands of recipes for all types of foods.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU4qC
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Hmmm...dont need a web reference cause I've only made it like a million and one times. slow cooking makes any meat better. I do 350 for an hour. No need to cover..it will make the edges brown and yummy. You can put anything you want it in. Ketchup or barbeque sauce. Crackers or oats. Onions. Add to accomodate your tastes.

Baking it at 350 is your best bet. You should bake it for about 1 hour and 15 min. I put ketchup on mine it helps keep it moist. oven it with tin foil but take it off 20 min before its done it with brown some on top then.

450 degrees for 50 minutes or so should do it. Even if you go a little past that, no harm done. You can always tell by cutting through the middle of your meatloaf and seeing if it's done. If not, put it back in the oven for a while.
