I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You should only lose approx. 1% of your total body weight per week to maintain muscle mass.
For example:
You weight 200 then multiply 200 X 0.01 and it will give you 2lbs. This is how much theoretically you can lose per week safely.
I have competed in contests where some people had to lose 20 lbs in 24 hours (this is very dangerous and not healthy and should not be attempted by anyone!) A health lifestyle takes time and consider how long it took you to get into the condition that you are in and how long it will realistically take to get in the condition you want to be in.

Remove both arms, both legs and any internal organs that you can do without. That's the only way. Even gastric bypass people take a year to lose 80 pounds.
