Your eyes would probably get all teary and puffy and red. And after a few hours or days or something, it would just kinda sit in the corner of your eye.

Eye is so sensitive it cant tolerate even a minute dust--so how it can tolerate a piece of cotton? It must be paining too much and try to get relieve from this cotton as early as possible other wise it will spoil your valuable eye.

You should get any foreign object out of the eye; sometimes something can get in your eye but you cannot see it-once I was cleaning with steel wool and a piece of it got in my eye. I could not see it but boy did it give me alot of pain-I ended up in the ER and it was not until they used a magnifying glass that they were able to see a minute piece of the steel wool!Hope this helps.
