You need to shoot with a rifle, not a scatter gun. Decide what kind and age of girl you would prefer. I see guys complaining that girls don't dress up, or act right etc etc, but You need to decide what you want.
Want a young female jock? Hang out at at sports arenas, and sports bars. Want a smartly dressed professional woman? Hang out near the business district, and the sophisticated bars. Want a party girl,? Hang out at the dance clubs, and hot nite spots. It is a matter of opportunity presenting itself, but if it does, this way it will be the kind of girl you are looking for.
