Bobby Flay.
Although trained and schooled in classical french cuisine he now specializes in southwestern fare. I love spicy food and Bobby usually puts just enough spice in his recipes to bring out the flavors but not so much as to burn your mouth. I have 3 of his cookbooks and I love to cook. I usually cook 5 of the 7 nights of the week. Sundays is the day I reserve for trying new recipes. It's my day of adventure.

I have to say Paula Deen. i love her personality and her southern accent and she makes some pretty good food, fattening as it may be,, all that butttuhhhh!! She is always smiling and in such a good mood, and I admire her for that after learningthat for years she suffered from agoraphobia which is a fear of open spaces and suffered panic attacks when outside of her home. and she wasnt able to even leave her house,, she has come a long way

My hubby is an executive chef and he likes Bobby Flay (I think he is a great cook but a real tool... personality wise.) I like Massaharo Morimoto and Paula Dean.
Paula Dean and her hubby are just so adorable... and they are at a place in their lives where they can get as fat as they want to and just revel in and enjoy good decadent food and wine together like sex but without worrying about how they look... They are a cool couple!
I don't like Ina Garten. In my opinion... She is a Hampton snob and a Martha Stewart wanna-be.

Definately James Martin. Explains everything he cooks ( mainly desserts - mmmmm! )very clearly in his Yorkshire accent and is nice to look at. Also quite able to take you out dancing after he has finished cooking your meal ( did very well on Celebrity Come Dancing )! What more could you want in a man?

I like Gary Rhodes, I used to watch all the shows he was on. The food he cooks looks so delicious and simple, when I used to TRY make it, it wasn't fit for a dog, even the health and safety authority would have stopped me. I haven't really see him that much lately though.
