The very first thing you want to do is take your dog to the vet to see if it has a uti (urinary track infection) Once you have that out of the way I suggest using "Natures Miracle" available at petco, petsmart ect ect. Do not dilute the product. It is very helpful on getting rid of the stain and odor. Crate training is defiantely the way to go. If you cannot watch your dog it needs to be in the crate. Do not punish the dog if it makes a mistake by rubbing the dogs nose in it. This just tells the dog where to go. At petsmart they have a very helpful potty training book for only 5 dollars Buy it read it, Live by it.

First of all, I wouldn't train with pee pads...bad idea. Teach them right from the beginning to go outside and pee! This way you dont' have to train them twice, they learn that outside is where they are supposed to go. Second, the older dog may be under some stress with the new puppy around (she may not show this), which can lead to bladder and urinary tract infections. I would bring in a urine sample to your vet just to be sure there is no infection. If there is NOT an infection, then just keep on being persistant with the puppy and training it to go outside.

Your other dog is just trying to mark it's territory. Make sure that you disapline your old dog because it will continue to do this until you get the other puppy trained. Otherwise you will just have to ride it out. Put the dogs in the back yard together after they eat about 15 min and the old dog will teach the new dog how to go to the bathroom outside. And it will also help bond them.

Your older dog is seeing the younger puppy do it and thinks it is alright to pee wherever she wants to. As soon as you see her start to pop a squat yell at her no and get her by the collar and drag her either outside or on your potty pad that you bought.

Probably because you arent supposed to just bring a new dog into the house if you have another dog because they get jelus because they think its there territory so your supposed to introduce them at a park or public place

if your dog has not been "fixed" it will pee everywhere. This happened with my dog and he is a boy. Good luck.
