For example right now I am downloading with the speed of 20 kbs and when I surf the web it is so slow. But at the same time when I download other things off the internet (sometimes up to 1mb/s) my internet is as fast as it is always. Any ideas on that ?

its because you are uploading as well as downloading with bitcomet.

depends on where you download from (closer means quicker) the upload speed can affect your download speed. it may be that you are downloading less at that particular time that you're using the internet. isp's usually set web browsing at a higher priority than p2p. other factors are peak times when all the isp's users are logged on and downloading 4million gigabyte russian hairy chick midget porn
