The infant, since the five strangers have a chance to get out themselves. Assuming they aren't also infants, that is. Reminds me of a scene from Spiderman 2.

First the infant, than the strangers. The infant would be the easiest to save.

Infant....they're helpless. The 5 strangers at least have a fighting chance on their own

One of the strangers could carry the infant and I would still rescue the five strangers, one of whom would rescue the infant at the same time.....................

If there was chance to rescue five people and let the baby die, I would have to make the most difficult choice I have ever made by saving the strangers.

If I have time to get the five strangers out, I have time to tie the baby to my body, stuff it in my clothing and save the strangers. Or I can save the baby and lead the strangers or tell them where the exit is. I do not see why I cannot save everyone.

The question I would have to ask is: which did I get to first? The way professional rescuers are taught to clear a building is to grab the first person you get to and go from there.
Great examples from the movies would be:
Forrest Gump- He was looking for Bubba, yet he rescued the others as he got to them.
Hero (Dustin Hoffman)- He goes running into the burning plane to find "Fletcher", yet he saves several people without ever finding the victim he was looking for.

The infant b/c it can't save itself. I'd tell the strangers to follow me out.

The infant because they're too little to know what to do. Then the strangers who are unconscious.
