so I want to get nipple rings and a tattoo....what are the sexiest nipple rings....rings or barbell type and where do men find tattoos the sexiest on a women's body?

Most men don't like nipple rings and tattoos. Whomever told you that, was speaking for a minority. That is for your entertainment only. So get what you like, you are the one that will live with them forever, not the guy you are trying to impress. Also, body piercing and tats make you unattractive to more guys than you would turn on. You may be limiting your options to a small and subversive set of people.
Most men see tats and think "easy" and "loose," she is automatically classed as not the type to marry, not the type to raise kids and give a house to. They assume she is unfaithful. It is wrong and sterotypical, but people automatically put others into boxes with labels. Fair or not. They do it.
The tat over the behind in the small of the back is commonly referred to as a "bullseye".

First of all, it is the character of a woman that makes her sexy and hot.
you sound like your physical appearance is more important than your intelligence and character.
You must be related to Paris Hilton in some way. (only difference is that Paris doesnt have a nipple ring)

You may very well be one of the hottest women in your state. You might not be. But you've already proven your attitude and personality are horrible!!!!
BTW- Getting your nipples pierced may lessen the sensitivity, not heighten it.

well your shell may be pretty ... (at least until you ruin it with piercings and tatoos) But your inside needs the work.
Try reading "The Picture of Dorian Gray" By Oscar Wilde before you move on. You might find you want to work on your soul first.

Tattoos and piercings on a woman are repulsive. It's not feminine whatsoever and it nauseates me.
You also sound very full of yourself which is another turn-off.
No matter how 'hot' you think you are, your conceited attitude will turn many guys away if they have half a brain.

It's really too bad that you are full of yourself. Why don't you get a tatoo on your forehead that says sexy so everyone will know. As for the nipple piercings OUCH!!!

Learn some humility. And getting tattoos etc... done to please other people is an awful idea. They should be done for you and only you.
Also wear a bra. Otherwise your breasts will start to lose shape.
