What is a program for translation ?

Can you help me to find a program that translates English to Romanian & Spanish languages ?
I prefer that the program will be free & doesn't exeed 50MB
Please tell me the site that I can download it from.

the above translates from english to spanish but not romanian
and you paste the text in online. you dont install anything
