I got drunk for the first time last night and I'm paying for it now. Thank god my head doesn't hurt at all...probably because of all the water I drank. But what can I do for my stomach? Is bread and water the best thing?
Also...should I try to go to sleep or will it be worse when I wake up. None of my friends have drank before so I can't ask them...help??

The hair of the dog that bit you. Have just a little bit of alchohol to counteract the withdrawels, like a can of beer or a shot of liquor. Don't eat anything just yet. That'll only make you more miserable. Drink some water too to counteract dehydration. Have some hair of the dog, find a place to lay down underneath a cool fan, and let iyour hangover work it's way out of you. Above all, don't get so drunk to begin with. You can drink and have a good time without getting miserably sick.

It is a great idea to remember how many that you had to get that way. (Keep the drink straws, but keep this a secret). Stop at least ONE before you hit your maximum.
Drink waterm take asprin, go back to sleep. The cure is time itself.
At the next party, start with a soda. You should never be embarassed to say NO. You can always say "Im the designated driver".
Do you really want to sober up? Talk to your parents about drinking. Ask them about the first time they got drunk.

Lots of water before and after going to sleep. Also, if u can remember, put two tylenol next to your bed so that when you get ready to pass out, you can take them to prevent the insuing headache the next morning. Tylenol only....most others will upset your stomach when you've been drinking.
"The Creoles are the only ones who have come to realize hangovers only happen to people foolish enough to stop drinking."
Have a bloody mary when you wake up. It will help numb you.

Three suggestions.
1) Moderate how much you drink. Know what your limit is and keep to it.
2) Drink lots of water. Have a glass of water between each drink.
3) Take Advil (ibuprofen) before you go to bed after drinking.

Lots of water... you are dehydrated... and always be close to a toilet... best to stay at home.... You have alcohol flowing all over your system... veins, organs, brain... you are intoxicated... and the word 'toxic' means poison... It all sounds bad because it is bad... Alcohol will remain in your system for between 48 to 72 hours... so keep away from car keys and activities that demand concentration. When drunk you are a danger to yourself and that is why the police take into custody people they find drunk on the streets -- for their own protection.

Go to McDonalds and get a Big Mac Meal with a Diet Coke. The grease and carbonation works wonders.
