The only ingested product that helped my hair grow faster was my pre-natal vitamins. So unless you need to take them don't overdo it on the supplemental route you'd just be throwing money away.
Instead take extra care of the hair you have. Get the ends trimmed often to avoids split-ends that can send damage and breaking further up the hair-shaft. Use good moisturizing SPF products correctly. Stay away form tight ponytails clips and barrettes especially if you see hair on them upon removal. Instead use headbands. If ponytails are a must, use ouch-less or ones without metal bands. It's summer and hair naturally grows during this month, so just take extra care and let mother nature work for you.

I'm not sure about Caucasian hair but African American hair you should find a family beautician to take of your hair and it will grow or use the motions hair care and get a deep conditioner every week and it will make your hair grow. Mainly stick to one hair product line. But make sure you get a deep conditioner. Between the ages 16-25 your hair grows faster. I'm 14 and i am starting to grow my hair out. It's getting pretty long. I go to a beautician and make sure i use motions.

coconut hair/skin oil called Dabur Amla

People in India have been using coconut oil for hair for centuries. You can easily find pure coconut oil in any Indian grocery store. I use one by the brand name Parachute. I don't like to apply it after shower as it makes the hair look a little greasy (tiny amounts are fine). Instead I massage a good amount at night and wash it off the next morning.

Healthy living...eating, exercising, getting enough rest...all of these things help. Get regular trims on your ends, every 8 weeks. Deep condition once a week with a hair mask and limit chemical treatments and your hair should grow fine.

i have the same problem, too.you should go to the hairdresser so you can have all the split ends cut and you could also ask the hairdresser for some good advice about your hair.eat healthily and comb your hair gently so that you don't create any tangles.use the proper shampoo for your hair and also put conditioner.but i think the best thing you can do is ask the hairdresser for advice.that's what i do and their advice always seems useful to me.

there is no thank you to make your hair genuinely improve speedier. each ones hair grows a pair of million/2 inch a month. the only element you're able to do is save your hair somewhat sturdy with nutrition enriched shampoos. this could avert breakage.
