1. Jesus wouldn't push her or him away.
2. If you're a Christian, you're doing one of the worst things possible - judging her for her actions. I person is what's inside, not what she's doing on the outside. You should be trying to bring her closer to Jesus, that's what you're called to do. Read John 4 - the Woman from Samaria
3. If he, the other guy, has spurned God because he wants to get the girls, you should, again, not push him away, but care about him and try to bring him closer to God. Read Luke 15: 11-32
You can keep talking to her, help to guide her to make the right decisions, same as with the guy.
Living in the secular world is always going to provide you with challenges and difficulties, look to Jesus to guide you and ask him to send the Holy Spirit that what you say and do will be good and just.
It's a great question, we all need guidance, it's just a matter of where we seek to find it.
God bless you.

You can still be a Christian and don't let her or anyone else pull you away from your faith because they will just be a faraway friend but nice and talk with her you never know how you may change her in the Future and I think she may respect you for it
But I would not married someone that do not believe as I be anything could happen

Firstly, marijuana is a plant. It grows out of the ground. In other words, it was made by "God" and not by man. Don't criticize people who smoke it, as if they are an untouchable. Telling the girl that you can't talk to her based on your religious beliefs would be a baaaad choice, as it would only prove that you are a bigot and unable to cohabitate a working environment with people who think differently than you.

The only reason that guilt by association is so prevalent is because people who are being treated that way reject the person who is causing the whispering. If you want to talk to her about her choices, do it. If you don't, don't. However, to treat her differently because of some gossipers in the office is mean.

You are way overthinking this. If you like her, spend time with her outside of work. If you are to nervous or afraid or self-conscious, then forget her and eventually you'll either see that you stuck to your guns or that you blew a great opportunity. Only you can make the decision and live with the consequences.

The Bible says not to be unequally yoked with a unbeliever. (even if she's cute). the fact that she smokes pot is a warning sign also that she would be nothing but trouble. You can be friends but its best to even pray about how involved you want to be as Friends if she would be a bad temptation

Although this may sound in jest, it really isn't. What would Jesus do? Would he stop talking to her out of concern for what other people thought, or treat her with the kindness and compassion that he treated all with?
