Well unless the dog is a puppy, when a lot of puppies are prone to going down in the pasterns, the dog probably is down and will stay that way and it is not normal for that breed at all. Even if it is a smaller version of the breed, it should not be like that. That is what comes from breeding smaller and smaller dogs!!!!!
For a pet, it will not cause problems....unless it is really bad and then you may want to see a vet and see if there is something they can do!!!

Uh..do you even know what pasterns ARE??? Size has nothing to with it.
