Yes I do believe in the power of prayer. Prayer goes where the flesh can't.

My own example is My sister was having her first child and there were problems during child birth. She had lost 3/4 of her own body's blood and my nephew came out strangled by the umbillicle chord and wasn't breathing for 10 minutes.

I remember the doc pulled the family aside to a small room and asked us if any of you believe in God now who be the time to pray. I led the pray and I know beyond doubt that God fought on behalf of us. It's amazing looking back at it. My nephew was declared dead 1 time and my sister 2 times, but both are healthy with no problems. That's God's power.

Yes. 1 Thessalonians 5:17 says, Pray without ceasing. I have had many prayers answered. The fact that I am answering your question as a minister of God is proof beyond any doubt that God answers prayer. Prayer is a major part of a Christian's life. there is nothing complicated about it----just simply state what you want God to do for you or someone else, give him thanks and say Amen. And most of all, have faith that your request is already answered. God will manifest your request IN HIS TIME according to HIS WISDOM. Jesus loves you and he lives to answer your prayer requests.

my grandmother was sick and in hospital. I prayed in the morning before I left for school. I prayed with all my heart that if God couldn't make her better...then bring her home to him. I did not want her to suffer.

When I came home from school, there was a message on the answering machine from my dad, that my grandma passed away. at the same time i was praying for her.
