hello my friend!
well you just made one first step of changing your life. congratulations.
now I'm not going to make you a list with do and donts... it's useless. I would only be glad if you would do this little exercise with me. ever time when you have a little time for yourself sit back and relax. try to think at something you just realized that day. you surely realize [do] something in one day...starting from smiling to a person you appreciate, continuing with making your agenda cleared by the unnecessary tasks, and finishing with whatever you like. it takes so little. I do it daily and the only problem with it is that sometimes i get to mention every moment of my life that i fee worth living.
..might be one mistake of mine, but i still have the rest of the other moments when I feel that I am able to be a person just like I want and just like the persons that I love need. I takes some practice and faith. you already have it, so half of the work is done.

now look how long this message is...i didn't imagine that would be so long...i wish you luck and for now just bye.

first off stay on your medication, even when you feel you no longer need it.
Exercise helps, even minor such as going for walks. If the enviroment is too stimulating bring a cd player with relaxing music and sunglasses to help you feel safe. Even if you have to walk in your own yard or driveway.
Exercising helps release endorphins which can elevate stress.
Find out what triggers you, people stepping too close may take away your safe space and let people know , Im sorry could you please step away I have boundries and your in them. Dont be afraid to tell people.
Thats all I can think of for now. Good luck

You are on an anti depressant already. If you feel it is not helping see your doctor. Also with depression...you have to fight it from within. Don't give in to it. Make yourself get up go do things you used to enjoy. Make yourself do things for enjoyment wheather you enjoy them or not you must try. But again, the first course of action would be to see your doctor and talk about how you are feeling exactly and see if the doc can help.

You need to have some sessions with a psychiatrist. Maybe you can find a good one at a teaching hospital near you. He/she can help you set some goals and an action plan that will restore you to good mental health. Don't give up ! It's worth the effort.

OCD is a very common disorder. And so is schizopherenia. All you can do is talk to a doctor. And realize there's a difference between depression and being depressed. These are not easy things to deal with.

Follow your doctor's orders. Take your medication and if things worsen, go back to your doctor.

I am sorry to hear that, and this is not what I thought you were saying. Just pray to God to give you peace and clarity of thought.
