Does the eyes tell you that someone is crazy?

Have you ever notice people that are a little off you can tell it in their eyes? Very much like their personalities are smashed up against a clear glass? I've notice them with the devotely religious people and female psychos. Tell me what types of people you can tell are crazy.

Sometimes the eyes will tell you, sometimes they don't. At least if their eyes look crazy, it gives you a strong indicator to steer clear of them.

Some people you can tell by the way they talk; what they say doesn't make sense or they laugh out loud when there is nothing to laugh about or start screaming and there is no one around and there is no apparent reason for them to be doing so.

Some you can tell by their body language or if they keep doing a repetative task over and over...one fella that used to hang out near where I worked had 5 watches and checked them every 5 minutes. He would also wear a winter coat even when it was 90 degrees out and he would sit on the same bench every day in the same spot.

The scarier ones are the ones that you cannot tell by looking at them, that their own family can't tell by living with them, and that no one would suspect the are a mass murdering serial killer, but turn out to be like Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, The Greenriver Killer and BTK killer just to name a few.
