Wine is made from 100% grapes. Yeast - sometimes found naturally on the grape skins otherwise commercial yeasts are used - convert sugars in the grapes into alcohol.

The amount of alcohol depends on how much sugar is in the grapes and whether fermenation finishes naturaly or whether it is stopped before completion in order to produce a sweeter wine. Alcohol ranges are usually between 8-15%

Unlike 'wines' made from other fruits, water does not need to be added and indeed it is illegal to do so.

The wine juice goes through a chemical reaction after adding a few ingredients and then allowing it to ferment.

Is your question what alcohol percentage? Depends on the type of wine and how it is made.

Is your question what percentage of it is grape? The vast majority of wine is originaly from the grape juice that has been chemicly converted.
